I think this is the 1999 24 Hours of Le Mans LMP class Audi Sport Team Joest entry: one of the five ever built Audi R8R's. It was driven in the race for 346 laps by Michele Alboreto, Rinaldo Capello and Laurent Aïello. It finished 4th right behind the other Audi Sport Team Joest entry in an Audi R8R.
